ESO Background Music Addons/MODS
Is there any MODS/Addons here that will let you choose your background music, example, background music of Morrowind game? That is more Nostalgic. Or like Background music in Skyrim etc? Thank you!

snackrat✭✭✭No - addons are UI-only. Anything else would almost certainly be a breach of ToS.
What you can do is turn in-game music off, then run a playlist of your favourite music in a music player of your choice - that's what I do, personally.0 -

✭I have taken recently to playing the Skyrim soundtrack instead, and it's good except it still makes me jump when one of the combat music tracks comes on and I look around for what's attacking me
I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!

you can still do it like that, that you also open internet browser, youtube and play your playlist while you play ESO
