My bug report has been ignored

During the week vet maelstrom arena came out there were rollbacks.

I spent 5k crowns on riding lessons for my pet bear mount named rawr.

The game rolled back the riding lessons I purchased, but stole my crowns

Now I have no crowns and a slow horse.

I have filed a bug report weeks ago, it was ignored.

I WANT MY FAST BEAR MOUNT

    If you filled out a bug report not a Customer Service report, that's why.

    If you sent a bug report in game then you did it wrong.

    Bug reports are not for contacting customer service to resolve issues, they go directly to the QA team who try to reproduce the bug then send it on to the Devs to work on a fix, they don't go anywhere near customer support.

    To resolve an issue with customer support you need to use the website support page to make a support ticket.

    Good luck I tryed a support ticket about not being able to complete long live the king quest with a bounty and they closed my ticket after I had evidence you can complete all other quest with a bounty except this one i'm not surprised they ignored your problem it seems to be a trend zenimax is doing now they haven't even commented on the post I created about my problem on here

    Yeah, they often don't reply, also in the Customer Support section on the forums.
    I created a thread many weeks ago about an issue with the Steed stone, and it's still being fully ignored, and no fix in sight either. My character is still walking around like a duck on weed.

    Sometimes, they ARE helpful, sometimes they are not at all. Like 2 days ago when I wanted to craft a VR15 armor set (VR15 on purpose), this bug which I get since update 6 appeared again where the materials automatically change to the next higher level/rank after you choose another item to craft... I didn't pay attention to this in that moment since it did NOT change on the other items I crafted right before. Cost me ~50k gold for the mats for absolutely nothing at all, just because of a lousy bug which isn't fixed in months. The support says they won't replace the mats I lost. Maybe I could get my stuff back together within a few weeks IF there were enough mats to find in the game world. I find next to nothing except for VR14 mats (I'm VR16, not VR14!!). My skills are maxed and the passives all active. No support from the support considering a bug which is not MY fault!

    Yeah, they often don't reply, also in the Customer Support section on the forums.

    That's because the label "customer support" in that forum section is a bit misleading, it's not really for customers to get support form staff, it's more meant for customers to support each other, with the occasional CSM popping in now and again, At best it is the lowest priority level of service. If you want direct help from a CSM you need to either send in a help ticket via the help site, or phone them directly.

    They answered my support request, saying that they are unable to refund any ingame that happened when a rollback came.Now as you used crowns it might be different, but keep your expectations low
