Houses and Guild Halls

Anyone else hoping that Houses will be Account Based and that Guild Halls will be coming with it?

Im hoping Housing is sort of a place for you to go for all your characters. Instead of separating them per house (although I cant argue with people that want the opposite). With the horses and pets I cant help but imagine that theres a Stable or House somewhere where all of these pets and mounts are housed. And thats why two characters can use the same horse or same pet dog when they arent even located in the same zone.

Well.. I myself am ecstatic that Player Housing will be arriving, however I would rather not have the houses be account wide for many reasons, the main one being I like to work for my toon's. I'd love to have separate houses so I can customize them differently (Assuming their will be customization). I also don't see how universal housing will work if your toon's are on different factions.. It'd just make no sense to me. I'm truly praying for guild halls, I roleplay alot during my time on ESO. And guild halls would make that so much better, especially if you'd have to rent guild halls for a certain time. Making gold worth farming. I'd also love to see that stable idea! It'd give me the same feel I had in Skyrim when creating my house.

Im imagining the house will be more like that of a Guild Hall in that youll have space to customize for each character. But I can see them going the route of separating the houses per character so they can bank on it with the Crown Store much like how SWTOR has done.

I played through SWTOR a while back, and I loved their housing system. I'm hoping we'll be able to craft decorations with our Woodworking skill tree.. It'd give me more of a reason to level it, seeing as I only wear Heavy Armor and use Metal Weapons. But yes, I'd really like to see them separate the houses per toon.
