Did something *** up happen about Orsinium release?

I have a 2000 USD gaming machine, brand new, I have a 50/50 mbit cabled connection. I live in Denmark EU, so probably not far from the actual servers.

Before Orsinium i could participate in huge battles on ULTRA settings, without any problems. Now? When i log in on Azura poplocked, i can feel the lag EVERYWHERE. It is not something that happens in crowds. Just me alone in the middle of nowhere, and my streak will lag out consistently. When battling someone it becomes more than impossible. I cant even explain how impossible it gets.

I have disabled all addons, and set graphics to low. No change.

If i then change to a small campaign, with low pop, i have much better results. I can also stay in poplocked azura, and go to IC. Here i can also play.

What the hell is going on? I am honestly baffled. I have seen other complain of lag in cyrodiil, but i cannot imagine this is how everyone is experiencing it?

Could there possible be anything else i could be doing?

I will try to record some of this, and upload it, because i cannot believe this is how things are supposed to be. And if they are, i dont know what to say.

Also, could anyone upload or show me what kind of lag they have? Want to compare and see if my lag is what everyone else is experiencing

It is the core game/server, not your rig, but have you tried resetting your router?

My new favorite combo in Cyro is ALT and you cancel it with F4...
Its not even the lag, i can get over it, but respawn loading screens are whats killing me...
I can take 2 maybe 3 long loads, but sooner or later i will just rage Alt+F4 out of the game, just as i did before comming here

try plugging your rig into a different wall socket.

try spamming purge in the middle of large conflicts i heard it helps

Yeah I get it as soon as I approach a large raid, doesn't matter if it's my side or if there is even any real fighting I enter a lag bubble. One step forward and I enter it, one back and I leave it. Feels like I'm moving through quicksand and its not just the many many layers of caltops on the ground.
