Crafting Writ Chest Marker Not showing up?

I have completed the crafting writ for blacksmithing in Craglorn but when I go to collect the quest marker does not show up to complete it? It is on the map but the chest does not make the marker and I can't activate it.
Anybody else have this issue?

The first step would be to check that the crafting writ has been completed. Not what you think, what the game thinks. Look under Crafting quests in your Journal. It it says deliver goods for Blacksmithing, you have encountered a new bug. If it lists items that need to be completed for the writ, you did something wrong in the creation. I have seen no issues with the writ process since it was instituted, not to say that there couldn't be some improvements to the writs.

✭If your blacksmithing material passive is on 10/10 and you had to craft 1 Rubedite item plus 2 Void, you need to turn in the quest in Orsinium, unfortunately. (Edit: this only applies when you own the DLC.)
I did a skill respec on some of my characters just to continue their writs in Belkarth (two are in Orsinium now) to not waste too many VR15/VR16 mats. However, this doesn't work at all for the Provisioning writ, it's now either Coldharbour or Orsinium to turn it in.
Imho, we should be able to pick up (and turn in) writs at ANY writ board or any town. This would solve a loooot of issues with this.
