Voice chat down?

Have not had this problem in a long time, but ran into it twice today. Usually a reset of the game fixes the problem, but that does not seem to be doing the trick this time. Anyone else having problems with Voice Chat not working?

Thanks for the reply, good to know. I guess it is Xbox party chat for now.
