Best Glyph for Duel Wield Magicka Build Templar?

I was looking at poison damage and absorb magicka and was wondering if anyone would suggest anything else?

Mainly for PvP, also was looking at Deals X Magic damage and restores Y Magicka..

No, disease is different. It deals damage and reduces healing take. Poisen deals initial damage and chance to proc a DoT.
