Please Increase the Experience from Dungeons and Vet Dungeons

I think the title says it all. I hate mindless grinding, it really turns me off. However there's something about the dungeon experience with a boss and mechanics that I find enjoyable. BUT! Right now there is no point in doing the dungeons outside the pledges. The drop rates are miserable, even if you do get a damn helmet to drop it will be well fitted or some such equally useless trait, and there's no experience benefit.
At the very least please fix one of the problems and increase the experience in the dungeons to be AT LEAST equal with the new Wrothgar public ones.
