Looking for a sorc build for fast levelling and then for end game.

I started a high elf sorc because my stamplar is just weak now and I cannot get anything about 3700 damage and 50% critical and 400 health recovery.

Anyway what is a good set of armour to use or a good way to go to level the required skills for veteran levels?
