can not RUN in IC???

Last night I was in IC (don't have Orsinium yet) and joined a group to run through the sewers. After the first mob I could not run at all and even jusy walking was draining my stamina at a ridiculous rate. Im a stam sorc and have over 24000 base stamina, yet I was running out of stamina by WALKING in about 6-8 seconds. It would not even let me run, and there was some wierd glow to my feet like I had a status effect on but there was nothing showing in my Character screen. I had to log out twice to get it to go away.
Anyone else run into this or is it just my usual luck? Any thoughts or theories would be greatly appreciated

If your feet were glowing green thats the dodge roll penalty glow. Maybe you got bugged somehow and it thought u were perma dodge rolling?

actually they looked yellow but that may have been it. I thought my movement speed was supposed to INCREASE after a dodge roll? I am at work now and can not look at my skills or stats, but I thought there was a passive in CP that gave more movement speed after dodge. IDK, I could be wrong though (its been happening a lot today! Lol one of those days). Would not surprise me at this point if I read it wrong and you are correct about a penalty.

Yes there is a movement speed increase after dodge roll with a bow equipped. Im not sure if there is a general increase for dodge roll would have to look. I also dont know off hand the color of the effect status.

oh, yeah I forgot to mention that I dual wield and carry bow. Switched weapons several times and still could not run. Different tv sets may have different color or tints so I am not concerned about what color is for what debuff. You are probably right though. Probably just a bug that applied something for longer than it should have. Also, right before this happened I was having trouble using Focused Aim- animation for the skill would start and it would take stamina away but it would not finish and actually release the arrow to make a shot. No matter if I tapped it or held it in, it would not make a shot with that skill. All other skills behaved normally. IDK, just a strange night in IC last night! Lol

I was having a problem sort of like this, running out of stam and magic really quick. I was wearing damaged gear, repairing it helped out allot.

no, I never let any of gear get below 50%. That is what I though it was at first too, but everything had just been repaired at the base. I checked my armor status last night as soon as this happened and it too showed that everything was in good condition. Good thought though

This has become a common occruance with my nightblade, outside of IC. My character gets stuck in sprint mode, burning off all stamina in a few second. While this is going on, I cannot enter combat. Usually means logging off & back on to fix this bug.

I was wondering, what level is the character that you talk about?

Whenever you have buggy problems like this, do the following. (If on pc)

step 1) Double tap the shift key. This can unlock various stuck abilities.

step 2) /reloadui, this can clear up minor stuff.

step 3) Shut the game all the way off, or even turn off the comp, then restart. Sometimes you may have to stay logged off for 15 + minuets if the game went really wacky. This can clear up most of those problems.

If none of that works, /bug, and be as clear and descriptive as you can.
