What Stat does Whitestrake Scale from?

I am trying to figure out what stat increases the damage shield on the Whitestrake set. I thought it was Stamina, but when I moved the set from my mage to my stamblade, the shield strength actually decreased a little.

Any insight would be great!

As far as I remember last time I used it (which was before all shield values got cut in half in Cyrodiil) only the gear level, quality and cp spend in shield size changed its value.

Um I think is gear but just wanna increases it pool some warrior points into bastion that will increases it... They only craftable tank set that actual is any good.... Cause ZOS hates tanks..... Why they messed up Armor Master making it only work with armor skill instead of class armor and trial by fire being a total joke of a set.

i was running armour master on my sorc in cyrodiil and i use harness magicka ALOT,

So i was getting the 5pce buff pretty much all the time,

With alot of people running shuffle these days it would also work with that,
BUT at a cost of course
