Hello, I am wondering if after the orsinium patch got released on ps4 if the healing(i am playing a templar, dont know if it applies to others) got nerfed in Cyrodil. I have normally been able to heal between 20-33% of my full health. Now the healing lingering ritual seems to heal 5% and breath of life seems to heal about 2-3%. My fellow templar friend seems to have the exact same issue.

What VR are you? If you are battle leveled it makes healing seem less effective because you are now healing a bar that contains 35k health instead of your previous lower health.
