[PS4] Joining PVP Solo

So after 50 levels of questing I'm wanting to do some pvp for awhile.

Questions:
I join a 7 day resources campaign solo and get transported to Cyrodiil. I see lines showing where I can use the Transitus shrines to, but I just don't know where to go.

I teleported to as far as I could go, but I don't think that was needed because you really can't just wipe another faction completely out of the game, so raiding their home base was a suicide mission, right?

So l went back to a safe spot, then scrolled around on the map and saw the small resource icons that (even though they were my factions color) were not claimed by a guild. So I went there and claimed them.

I saw that there are scrolls in our factions possession and have seen the messages when I was questing saying that a faction had lost a scroll & a faction had gained a scroll. What does that mean to me in game?

How do I find the front lines of the battle where the action is when I join solo?
I was invited once to join a group for pvp and it was easy. I just followed everyone else, and then fought the other players.

I really enjoyed our run that day and like I said, I'm wanting to get back into it.

If your looking for pvp I would join Azuras star the other campaign seem to be more pve/farming. If there is a conflict you should be able to see it on the map. Shows as an x with the colors of involved factions.

On your map, look at the keeps on the front lines. Any keeps under siege will be highlighted. That's where the action is. For the most fun, find a group of 4-6 folks and follow them around.
