Loading screens now randomly select a player or time, and trap that player for 2 minutes plus.
This is a problem in PvE and an Epic Problem in PvP where time costs immersion and objectives.
It is simply ridiculous when it's faster to hit Alt+F4, load back into the game and continue playing, than wait in Zos' load screen.

It has been fixed for 99% of the player based who has received the patch. For those 1% of those who hasn't received a load screen improvement, you might want to look at your own systems first. Did the patch download correctly? Did you do a repair and make sure none of the files were corrupted? Do you have a crappy computer or Internet connection? Granted, it still could be a problem with the game itself, but when the large majority of players ARE seeing significant improvements in the loading screens, you need to look elsewhere as well.
Get it ? It's the most common cause, yet not every cause has been fixed.ZOS_RichLambert wrote: »As a heads up - next weeks update (11/16) on PC will have a fix for one of the major causes of the long load screens. This won't fix every load screen issue, but resolves the most frequent cause. We'll continue to work on the issue until we get the load times back to acceptable levels.
Console players, this fix will unfortunately not make Orsinium launch next week. It will go in the first incremental patch which we're targeting for the 2nd week of December.

They are for me in PVE, but in Cyrodiil they are just as bad, if not worse.Ourorboros wrote: »But overall, loading screens are much improved, at least for me.
Still waiting to get into BRK. In your own time, ESO.. in your own time
I've been sitting in a loading screen while in PVP for 3 minutes now.. which is why I'm on the forums instead. It's definitely not fixed.

Could be a computer issue? Since last update I haven't had to wait longer than 30 seconds for a load screen and I'm playing on a MacBook....
