EXP Scrolls running out whilst logged off.

I use EXP scrolls whilst leveling my characters, and I always do what I can to log off when im not leveling to save scrolls. Recently I noticed I was going through them quicker than usual, and could have sworn I was having to reapply scrolls everytime I logged back on.

This morning I was grinding in the imperial sewers, so I decided to use a scroll. I was grinding for half an hour when I decided my gear could do with an upgrade due to whilst battle leveled you get your gears set bonus' now.

I logged off, and went to a different character to create the armour, some glyphs, and this all took me about an hour and a half give or take.

I put the gear into the bank... log back onto the different character, and when I look at my character bonus' I notice it no longer says experience gain... -.-

Think this isn't exactly fair considering the money these things cost... I've probably wasted about 5 scrolls in total because of this -.- is this a known bug? Could have happened after Tuesdays patch

I'm not saying anything official but I've seen at least two other threads since exp scrolls began on this.

Unlike the other threads, you're logging out of one character and into another so I'd suggest to open a ticket on the specific character this occurred on via in game help.

Other threads seemed to be a result of exiting out of the game but not logging out of the character and logging out of the game before exiting the game on console
