There is a chance yes, but like all mats in Wrothgar it is based on skill passive points not to mention it is like 1/4 chance of coming across a v15/16 mats. *random ratio given not actual value just demo*My Facebook Page

✭According to rumours, they exist. But even Kuta is a more frequent drop, if that explains how rare VR16 runes are.
Gotten around 5-6 Kuta from Wrothgar surveys and random mining so far. Repora and Itade still 0. But I heard about a guy in my guild that got one

MishMash✭✭✭✭I actually picked up several while farming this week (estimated 8-10) Repora Potency stones, and ZERO Kutas in Wrothgar. I think it is just the luck of the draw.
