[BUG] Werewolf Quest glitched for everyone! NOW FIXED SINCE v2.2.9

I'd like to confirm these bugs and also ask if anyone else is getting this problem!
I have personally witnessed the glitch happen to my brother when he attempted the quest. And at least 4 members of my werewolf guild have been getting the same problems too.
Basically as you try to complete the quest, you have to keep leaving The Hunting Grounds in order for options to progress. For instance, one of them asks you to listen to Hircine at the start, but there was no quest marker or anything to interact with to do so. Fixed by leaving the portal and/or leaving your current group.
Also, when you finally kill one of the bosses, the pack comes to feed but can become stuck. There is no option to "Feed with your pack", unless you leave again. Same happens when you have to complete the quest and speak with Hircine at the end. Can confirm this happens when not grouped as well!
Just to say, this is on PC!

Everytime there is a new action you need to perform you actually have to leave the quest area and go back,
You start by kneeling at the altar,
when you are supposed to change to werewolf form nothing happens and you need to leave the area,
you return and are in werewolf form,
Now you need to kill the offering,
ooh and you may not get any werewolf skills on your bar to do the quest with,
Kill the offering howl to get the pack to come feed,
you are supposed to get a prompt that tells you to feed but this does not happen,
Leave the area and return and now the prompt is there,
Yaaaaaay..... Feed on the offering and now you return to the altar to listen to hircine,
leave the area and return,
now you can hear her,
You now need to interact with the altar but there is not option,
leave the area and return,
the option to interact with the altar and complete the quest is now available...
I know this as i have just done it with 3 of my alts..

✭✭Ok so as it looks, this glitch is happening for everyone, and not just on PC, its on PS4 too. Can anyone confirm it is happening on Xbox too? (Most likely it is; could this be an accidental result since Orsinium Patch?)
I've had a few more reports from my guild members that everyone they bite goes through the same process. I bit someone with my main yesterday as well, and I had to talk them through how to make it through the quest.

With every option change that you need to interact with there is no interaction allowed,
Need to leave the area 4 times to complete the quest..

✭✭Yep, everyone who was bitten today in my guild complained about the quest being broken, and we all had to talk each and everyone through it, on how to actually complete the quest. It has been a long time now and its still broken.
I completed the quest today on my new character as well, so can confirm that the quest is definitely still bugged for EVERYONE. Its giving a really bad impression and introduction to werewolf right now
