Not sure if I understand your question. Do you want to know weather a stamina sorc or stamina templar has better self heal in pvp? If so I'd say sorc as all templar heals apart from repentance scale of your maximum magicka.

For healing using stamina, a sorc is better. Templar heals all use magicka except one.
