Fashion slots

Something they should add to the game is fashion slots. A single slot does exist currently, for disguises. However it only works for those disguises that are often used for quests. They should add a whole second equipment tab, where you could put any piece of armor, perhaps from an older crafting level tier, which would over ride the appearance of your normal armor set. The first tier of Imperial light armor as an example looks really nice, with the superior blue eye, on a vampire. Showing off pale skin and arms. Later tiers of Imperial cover more stuff up.

Something else that would be interesting to add would be cosmetic enchants to perhaps weapons. Have a normal enchant slot, as well as a cosmetic slot, so if you want a small ball of fire or ice to constantly orbit the head of your staff, etc.

Nah. I really don't think fashion slots are a good idea, sue to people then being able to wear the best armor, but have their soul shriven rags as visuals. And I for one would hate that... I would want people to have to make choices, either look or armor protection!
Note I also don't like the current "civilian clothing" costumes allowing for the same, and wish they would split costumes in two different types - "combat costumes" like armor sets etc., that look like armor, and "non-combat costumes" like the wedding dress of such that unequip automatically when taking damage, mfor roleplay purposes only.

Now if we were to talk about style transmogrification... recrafting your gear for different looks... possibly including lower level looks...
    That one I -would- support.
Since I think it would be a great addition to the game if people were not limited to choose between their favorite looks, and their favorite sets when it comes to dropped gear!

I always wear disguises on my chars, with mainly picking ones that appear to be a different armor type. They also look awesome IMO
I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!

Oh and @forwardbias83, I'm assuming you mean something like the Vanity slots in a game like Terraria (yes I still play it, it's still awesome)?

Maybe they could do what WOW did and only allow the transmog of green rarity or higher items. That way you do not get people doing it to their starter clothes etc.

This. All my characters wear servants robes because the majority of armour looks terrible. In most cases, the armour that doesn't look terrible isn't viable, hence the need for something like OP suggests.
ESO; Where the issues far outnumber the fixes.
I tell it how it is.

People are already running around like skeletons, pumpkins, and scarecrows among other things, and you're worried now?

DC Universe allowed you to make your gear look like any style you already obtained and it allowed great customization, here the customization is a complete joke, I'd expect this in a 2001 MMO but this is 2015...lineage 1 was doing skeletons and pumpkin people as costumes in 1990s...

I would absolutely love the ability to have a "Fashion Slot".
Imagine me flailing and clasping my cheeks in excitement.
I'm not sure I can fully explain how exciting this would be.
Especially if there were pretty dresses I could buy to wear!
In Elder Scrolls games I usually choose apparel over armor.
There's not a lot of options like that in ESO, to my dismay...
I wanna be able to run around looking cute as I murder, ok?
Even better if I am still able to wear armor under the outfit!
It's likely something that wouldn't appeal to some players.
But for people like me it'd be an easy way to make money.
I would totally buy some crowns to get cute Fashion items!

That's rather hypocritical to your statement about being against wearing shriven rags. It's the same difference really.

Further to that why do you care? If you're gonna get trounced it won't matter a whit what your opponent's armor looks like.

That said, I think Imma start a guild called The Gentlemen and we all wear the black suit and float around grinning at night...well and ripping your hearts out, of course.

Although that would probably require me to be actually good at pvp.
