Animation and interaction issues

Hey, just a quick one to verify if is just me...
noticed some animation problems in the last few weeks (after Orsinium)
My character is galloping when I run, and is running on the top of the horse if I sprint during an horse riding...
the second is actually pretty cool
i feel like at the circus!
sometimes is impossible to interact whit objects or doors... the "press E to do something" option simply won't appear
i have to take a stroll, kill some poor animal around and try again
that's happening randomly, i guess
