Ultimate scaling

Currently in the progress of making a stam tank. Just a question before I cross into the vet levels on this. Do ultimate scale of magika or stamina as well? I've gone all stamina but none of the skills other than meteor seem to have increased in power? Do any other magika based skills scale of stam too? Trying to get my head around how night blades seem to do so much damage if all they have is stamina. Different class I know but the basics like this has to all be the same.
Realising why tanks have vanished now. Immensely slow fights going on. Reflective scales are pretty jokes though. Honestly cannot wait to chuck a skull back in Nereniths face.

All ultimates can scale of weapon damage + stamina or spell damage + magicka, depending on which is higher. The only advantage that magicka based builds have is that most ultimates deal magic or elemental damage, which favours magicka builds, especially when they have a lot of cp to increase those damage types.

Stamina have to use Magic and Elemental damage for all but one ultimate and Mages cry cause they can min max one ultimate.
