need help build DK imperial

Hello everyone, first thanks to take the time to read, i'm french so i'm gonna do a lot of syntax error so sorry in advance for that, i hope you can understand what i say even with that.
So i'm new into the game, i'm only lvl 10, i have create an imperial DK and at the high lvl i want to focus my game into the pvp.
So actually i'm a little lost, i don't know where to put my skills point, for the moment i play with one hand and shield.
I try to follow the build of a youtuber (i'm gonna put the link at the end of my topic) who is DPS and good to tank at the same time, apparently it's very fun and strong in PVP but he explain only the actif skill and no the passive so i'm lost and i don't know what to choose... and to be honest i think the build is outdated because some of my skill have different effect than his.
So if people have build to propose even if it's very different i'm gonna be very very happy and grateful, i have try to see in the forum but i don't have the good race or it's for pve or it's very old... So thanks in advance everyone.
