IMO, Joy has covered the major topics that 95% of ESO PVPers can agree with.
At one time many of us may have agreed with the AOE caps, but didn't anticipate the result that ultimately changed our minds. Uncapped AOEs have been proven to deter balling up and split up forces in other games (DAOC for example) while still providing small groups with specific opportunities to fight a much larger force, such as using bridge/wall/towers in order to create choke points. We could have just looked at GW2 to understand what AOE caps would bring about. Ball groups are a way of life there.

Very nice update, thank you for putting it together. I come from a guild that has a constant PvP night every two nights.
We find some of the major issues you have already touched on.
I think one of the major issues is the giving people a buff, really? At no time should a VR1 with a buff be able to take out a VR16 player, ever! The VR 1 should see that player and just leave or get a group to take them out. Just make the buff realistic, such as a health of the VR 14 around 25k all in, not 35k.
The other issue, is realism. we have all swung a 10 pound mallet. You are not swinging that back to the same target in half a second, this should be a cool down of 5 seconds at best, or an ultimate at worst.
I like the idea that if you wonder from your group you get toasted. However, you should have a point system in place for tactics. If there is a couple of scouts out, but the main team gets hit, the scout should still get points, not just the ones out in the battle, same for those whom may be in the keep repairing a wall for the next attack, while the main group is drawing the enemy away from the walls.
