Launching from Steam crashes the game

Hello everybody. When I run game from Steam (using the launcher) it crashes during "Login Request". I've tried to give all.exe files (into the Zenimax Folder) admin permissions and XP compatibility. Nothing has changed. I've re-installed the game, repaired the launcher, given exceptions on firewall and set d311 into the usertexting file, but none of these fixes have worked. The game runs perfectly if I launch it from eso.exe file, but since I've bought the game from Steam I wanna know why it doesn't let me play! This is a common problem many users have faced, without any real solution. A help would be appreciated.
