Vosh rakh leap

So, I just wanted to know what skill is that one used when fighting the vosh rakh in the paragon's remembrance while questing for the anger of the king. They leap into the air and land on you with their sword. That's an awesome move and I was wondering if it's truly new because I never saw it before.

i forget where i'v seen it before but it's an easy one to dodge, see him jump? just move left or right, he's already locked onto that spot you are stood, same with how mudcrabs dig attack worksPLEASE REPLY TO ME WITH @dsalter otherwise i'm likely to miss the reply if its not my own thread

✭It's a fairly new mob attack; pretty amazing. There are other mobs that have similar set up - not the same but similar concept - (Grieving Twilight etc.), but this one is pretty awesome!Edited by Qyrk on November 16, 2015 10:04AM1 -

Yep they are immune for a moment after landing, but they also can't attack you during that time. When I see them leap, I just go after another mob figuring they are out of the fight for a short time period.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

✭Besides of that jump (which many enemies use, not just that one), there's also at least one other new skill which knocks the player back quite a bit, more than any previous mobs in other zones. I think mainly casters use it.

It would definitely be a templar ability in that it is slow, can be easily dodged and stuns the caster for seconds after impact.
Kind of a combination of the worst things templars already have plenty of.

✭Well, it would be awesome if it tracked the target and always landed on it and granting you invulnerability for the duration. In PvP it would be hilarious. Player leaps into the air, Nightblade cloaks and runs away only to have the Templar come crashing out of the sky on top of him a few seconds later no matter how far he got away. Lol.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭It looks cool but takes way too long for it to be effective in PvP and given the animation time it would have to do 100k damage to not be a dps loss in PvE.

Stuns the caster? Are you sure? I didn't notice that. On the other way around, it gives a little immunity to the caster. Everytime I dodge this attack and I try to hit the jumping fella, the animation of my attack doesn't play or it says that "Target is immune"I am the very model of a scientist Salarian, I've studied species Turian, Asari, and Batarian.
