Critical Strike Chance Cap?

Is there a critical chance cap? I've seen people with 90% critical chance in their stat sheet but does this really mean they're doing critical damage that often? Or is there some sort of built in cap that we can't see (on console)?

✭✭There is no cap. When you have more than 100% crit chance, every attack will be a critical hit.1 -
