Draw weapon when using spells?

Is there a way to disable this or maybe someone knows of an add on to not have to draw my weapon when I just want to use a spell?
for example. I finished a fight and want to heal myself but I still have to pull out my weapon for some reason to use the spell?

✭The game mechanics make it so your spells are empowered by the weapons you use, so it wouldn't make sense from that perspective. But mainly it's to identify combat states.Sometimes, I dream about...cheese...

✭It could work for certain spells in theory, e.g. Rapid Manouver can be used whilst on a horse without a weapon being drawn. It should be a reasonably simple thing to do then to flag certain spells to be able to be used like this.
Unfortunately, ZOS has a history of implementing an easy fix that ruins something very badly (I could see them accidentally adding this to a spell like Crystal Frags so Sorcs could somehow use it whilst on a horse...).I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!

But sadly, casting the Maneuver out-of-combat while walking, results in an unsheathed weapon, which I have to sheathe first to really improve my speed. Weird.0 -

✭✭✭Some skills already ignore unsheathing when used. Off-hand I can vouch for Obsidian Shield but beyond that I know there are more but I'd have to identify and verify them lol
