cyrodiil graphic problems

it has been really difficult for me to play in cyrodiil because i can't see most of the landscape. i've been able to play all places in the game in high settings without any problem at all, but in cyrodiil, even in minimum settings i see most of landscape in black. i can see well in highlands or lowlands, but in the middle its all like in the screenshots i'm sharing. i updated the graphic drivers, but it didn't solve the problems. anyway, i don't have this problem in any other game even in the most demanding ones. any ideas on how i can remove those black bars?
