Takes a min to load a small cave that can be cleared out in 5 mins.
It takes the same time to load a small dungeon as it does to load the ingame world.
Whats taking so long?!
Its been MONTHS since this issue started and so many complaints posted.

KYNG✭✭✭Hmm, sounds promising until they mentioned "this wont fix every load screen issue" ...
Theres only 1 load screen issue, its that it takes too long.
Edit: forgot the rubber band load screens, riding along then you get a loading screen that places you 50 meters back where you came from ...Edited by KYNG on November 17, 2015 8:44AM*Buys ESO*

But consoles were forgotten during the recent patch.
PS4 still has long loading screen times.
