Crafting weapons and armour at level 15-16

So I've just reached VR13 and looking forward I'm not sure how the crafting works for VR15 and 16 gear, could someone provide a quick explanation or a link? Do I still need any of my regular crafting gear for improving stuff (honing stones, dwarf oil etc), or are these replaced with something else? Thanks!

✭✭✭✭✭Level V15 and V16 are just like the rest for improving gear. You just need the V15/16 mats. For V15 you'll need 12-15 mats and for V16 you will need 110-150, depending weapon or gear.1 -
