"Group" bug

Greetings!

I would like to give some attention to a certain bug I'm getting while running in a group in Cyrodiil.
(Problem started after/with Orsiniums release)

So here goes; Every time I join up with a group my fps starts to drop (over a course of ~15min) until it reaches 5-7 fps. It doesn't matter if I'm actually with a group or just standing somewhere alone; as long as I'm grouped the fps stays around 5.
The moment I leave the group my fps returns to normal (~50) and upon re-grouping the process repeats (steady decrease of fps over ~15min).

Tried with addons and without, with 2 different characters; always the same. (PC EU on Blackwater Blade)

The problem doesn't happen in Imperial City. Also, ping is not affected, it stays normal as usual (~100-300).

Did anyone else run into this or similar "bug"?

Internet connection is not the cause of the problem, because I played PvP with my friend the other day and we where both connected to the same net. He was doing fine and I had the above mentioned problem (we were in the same group in Cyro).

Bump and update:

The lag issue is present in PvE zones as well as in every campaign I tried.

However, now (probably since the last update) instead of gradual fps drop, the fps drops instantly as I enter a group and seems to be related to how big a group is (the bigger the group the bigger the fps drop).

And let me state once again that it doesn't matter if I'm actually with a group or in completely different zone, separated from the rest of the group, as long as I'm grouped I have the fps drop.

Same results with addons on/off and settings ultra/low.

There is a lot of messaging going on regarding actions that neither you cause nor have effect on you but the game has to process anyway. It has long been my pet idea that FPS drop is more of Lua not handling excessive messaging rather than some graphics issue. Addons might exacerbate it if they actually pick up these events.

EDIT: aside from memory leaks of course.

I had such problem in Cyrodiil, after I joined a group my fps started to drop and with any new player added to this group, my fps was decreasing even more. Eventually game was almost unplayable, and due to this I stopped all pvp activities in Cyro... going only for skyshards and some quests.
I have no idea if there was any impovements to this day, if so please inform and I'll return to Cyro battlefield .

The bug, or whatever, made me abandon the PvP too
But as I've stated, the problem only occurred after the Orsinium DLC release.

The problem in PvE zones seems to be clearing now because I'm getting more stable fps rates while in group (but the drop is still there when I group up).

I will test the Cyrodiil with my friend today so I'll let you know if things changed.

EDIT: Lag while grouped is still here; however, during this game session the fps was constantly fluctuating from 60 to 10 to 60 to 10 etc...

Update:

I've played PvP yesterday (BwB) and after ~1h of playing in the group the game started to stutter again. I proceeded to turn off all of addons and the lag was gone. However, when I turned the addons back on the lag was still gone

The stuttering reappeared when I ported long distances (eg. after playing in north-east Cyrodiil with no lag and porting to south portion of the map I was welcomed with huge fps drop when stepping out of the wayshrine) but simple /reloadui fixed things.

I have no idea what's going on. I'm just happy I can PvP again.

P.S. I'll have to test it out again to see if today's patch changed anything.
