Group finder bug with cross faction

I do not see a post on this yet so I apologize if redundant.
Currently if I were to start a group from zone chat, and then we queue in group finder for a 4th and that 4th player is not of our faction....then he/she cannot enter the same instance as we are.
This is quite annoying and has happened to me twice tonight, and all week long. I play DC. A group of 3 EP (say they are all friends) then joins the LFG tool for a healer and I get added to the group. At that point we cannot enter the same instance.
I have tried physically walking to the instance and zoning in, and I have tried zoning in from the Map. Can't travel to player because that message "Cannot mix factions" pops up.
Just wanted to bring this to everyone's attention if you did not already know.

jeppyboi✭Yes it happens to me too. Very annoying. Sometimes I don't get the Fast Travel notification and I'm not able to port to player. It's says "can't mix alliance"0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I've done vet dungeons with people from other factions. I think at the very least they can wayshrine to the dungeon normally, although the "travel to player" doesn't seem to work.0
