If you were experiencing this problem, your crowns from previous months will be waiting for you the next time you log into the game.     Yes, thank you! Hadn't been receiving my monthly Crowns since August and had to submit support tickets every month. Will hope to see my November Crowns on the 15th!

    What about the DLC content. I am a premium member and when the Serew DLC came out I had to purchase it with my credit card. I didn't make any complaints then, But Since we are addressing these problems, I'm wondering if this is going to be fixed for the new DLC on the 17th? Could you make sure and let me know That I won't have to pay for the next DLC

    @katcali If ESO Plus is not correctly unlocking DLC, that is likely a separate issue. It would be worth sending in a support ticket (and creating a separate thread) if this doesn't work for you this week.

    This is great news I just recently subscribed on Xbox One due to issues with my PC and my PC's warrenty running out making it so I can't play ESOTU on PC currently, I will need to get a new computer which will take time. At least I can play on Xbox One without worrying about sub issues. I want to say thank you to you and everyone that made this fix possible. :)

    Hmmm, I'll have a look, but if they're not there I'm not uncancelling....

    Transaction still not showing on Microsoft, not a good sign - now to check the game...
    Well, ok then, mssing Crowns are there! On my way to uncancel my Sub.

    Thanks for fixing it... hopefully, guess we'll know for sure on the next rebill.

    You're joking, right? :confused: The whole point of this thread was that ZOS and Microsoft were supposed to have fixed the missing Crowns issue... :D

    Have you received a renewal confirmation to your email inbox from Microsoft? If not I recommend looking to see if Microsoft Support might know why. It's also possible your card provider denied payment. Have you also tried restarting your console?

    EDIT: Try power cycling your console, maybe it got stuck somehow.

    Generally, with Crowns, they say to wait 24 hours for the Crowns to appear in your account - it's not instantaneous. Hopefully, you will get them tomorrow.

    I re-subbed on 11/28 because ZOS said they fixed the issue, and I did receive the back due crowns, but I did NOT receive the new crowns for the new sub (way over 24 hours ago). It sucks because I wanted to take advantage of the Black Fredas special but I'm sure I will get hosed. Seriously guys, you disappoint.

    OK, that seriously bites. I assume you've submitted a ticket (though I thought we were past having to do that now).

    I did receive my Crowns on my renewal date (though I forgot to check until 2 days later, so they may have been delayed).

    Also, when I purchased the 5500 Crown pack during the sale, I received them instantaneously, without even having to log out/back in.

    Not sure what the issue is for you, but I hope they're able to fix it. It appears that the issue has been fixed for some, but not all. Or maybe the fix introduced new bugs.

    5 months in a row that I have not received crowns. I pay for the service on the 4th, for some reason it doesn't apply until the 12th, and every month I do not receive crowns. Glad it got fixed for most people. Hope to be in that group next month. 500-1000 extra crowns is starting to not be enough to keep my sub. We'll see next month.

    Still not fixed for me as well.

    Just yesterday had to mail support and today got my Crowns.

    I believe I even lost a couple of months because I didn't notice it and they only compensate for the alst three.

    Very annoying issue indeed.
