@katcali If ESO Plus is not correctly unlocking DLC, that is likely a separate issue. It would be worth sending in a support ticket (and creating a separate thread) if this doesn't work for you this week.What about the DLC content. I am a premium member and when the Serew DLC came out I had to purchase it with my credit card. I didn't make any complaints then, But Since we are addressing these problems, I'm wondering if this is going to be fixed for the new DLC on the 17th? Could you make sure and let me know That I won't have to pay for the next DLC

You're joking, right? The whole point of this thread was that ZOS and Microsoft were supposed to have fixed the missing Crowns issue...I bought this morming the Eso plus service and i didnt get the 1500 crowns... just fix it plz.

Have you received a renewal confirmation to your email inbox from Microsoft? If not I recommend looking to see if Microsoft Support might know why. It's also possible your card provider denied payment. Have you also tried restarting your console?
EDIT: Try power cycling your console, maybe it got stuck somehow.

I got the buffs from eso plus like access to dlc or eso plus status in character but i didnt get the crowns. I sent a tickect about this..
I re-subbed on 11/28 because ZOS said they fixed the issue, and I did receive the back due crowns, but I did NOT receive the new crowns for the new sub (way over 24 hours ago). It sucks because I wanted to take advantage of the Black Fredas special but I'm sure I will get hosed. Seriously guys, you disappoint.
