My game is downloading like 3gb of stuff

What is it? I thought I had the game up to date. Also, I just reinstalled Win 7 due to upgrading my mobo and cpu from an AMD to Intel. I transfered the game over to the hard drive from a hard drive I was using with the AMD set up.
Is everyone else downloading a big patch for the game? It is like 3gb.
