I added a wep glyph to my necklace and it's not registering. Anyone know why?

Shouldn't you of applied a Jewellery Glyph to a necklace...

Not registering as the glyph won't show up to apply or it did but is missing on the item?

It is for a necklace. I added it to it but my dam did not go up.
