Was Radiant Glory Nerfed?

So I just started playing again on Xbox and noticed Radiant Glory was damn near worthless in pve. I haven't tried using it in pvp since I've been back. So I was wondering if this ability has been nerfed or what? It wasn't even healing me it seemed like (can't tell because no option to see damage, etc, on console).

Zedh✭✭✭If you have been testing Radiant Glory while another Magicka Templar was around, the chances are high that you experienced the same bug that i described in this post: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/230589/templar-execute-broken-ticks#latest
Radiant Destruction and both morphs should usually always grant you a higher damage output than any other rotation possible with a templar. If you feel like the execute isn't doing much, it's very likely there's something wrong with it. And as the heals scale with the damage done with Radiant Glory, these would also be tiny as soon as the ticks get bugged.Edited by Zedh on November 13, 2015 12:31PMMain: Hamrami, AD Magplar

On PS4 it says below 50% on the tooltip. it did used to be lower but now the tooltip says otherwise. Intended? Not sure. could be a tooltip bug. Below 50% the bonus starts working, but only below 20-30% the execute damage will be big enough to do more damage than puncturing sweep.1 -
