Templar PvP leveling build. Advice needed.

Hello-

So I am level 26. I wanted to level dual wield for end game but do we even need to worry about that now for leveling? I want to move to Cyrodill since I can't stand doing the exact same quests I have already done. So this will mainly be done in Blackwater up to Vet levels.

So do I need to level dual wield for end game spell power swords now or do I just need to slot them at Vet Levels?
The issue as always is I am leveling Magicka to be able to heal and do dungeons/PvP up to V16 and of course dual wield needs stamina and I can feel it already gimping me for PvP and the rotation looks to be a mess/sustain.

Any advice from the PvP templar guys aiming for end game healing and dps appreciated.

People are gonna say level at all now. As you level different moves and abilities will be more or less appealing, so when you are high level you don't have to, to use what you want.

Its not like you can't level them up later too, btw, what I usually do is a repeatable quest in Cyrodiil and before I turn it in I switch what abilies or weapons I wanted to level. The first 2/3rds of the line go really quickly, I think one of those quests will get you to the second level by itself.

If you want to lvl Duel wield for end game or what ever reason but you are lvling at the moment as magicka then best advice I can give is stay magicka and use what ever weapons you have at the time and just slot 1 or 2 duel wield abilities onto you bar while questing - grinding. Just place them on bar and forget about them Duel wield will lvl as any weapons will lvl for just been there, if you want you can put a two hander and a duel ability on bar while using a destroy staff and lvl the 3 at same time.
