Anyone still not getting their crowns from their eso plus subscription? I have spoken to support twice and they are certain I have received them although I havnt. I am on xb1. Starting to get very irritated and this has been for the last 3 months now.

Worse come to worse. Cancel your sub
Keep going back n forth nicely until you get your crowns
In the future...sub and cancel at least a week before renewal...let the renewal date pass...resub and then cancel again

simdez✭I send emails to support and just end up in similar situation. I wish there was a number you could call. My last reply was "it says here you have recovered your crowns" and then case closed without waiting for a response from me. Seems rude at the the very least.0
