CP - system on my chars completly messed up

since tuesday (playing on eu) the cp points of my char are entirely broken, the system displays them simultaniously as spend as well as free and to be spend. the problem though is that i´m only able to put point additionally to the former spend points wich does not allow me to reach my previuos overall amounts of CP in that particular tree/star/constellation, as i aswell cant unasign the virtually spend CPs. e.g. i can spend 7 points into mighty to get up to 100 but recieve only 7points of its value even though its displayed as 100. (thats happenening to all stars)
