quest givers

So i'm trying to get the rivenspire adventurer achievement and so far I'm 27/42 quests. I'm still doing the montclair quests with verandis but I don't think that'd give me the rest. Where on the map should I look for more quests? Just got one out the mine full of trolls.

Some quest are only available after certain criteria are met. But if your playing on pc, there is a add on that shows locations of all quest givers as well as other key locations.
