LFG Tool - Normal Dungeons

I just played Banished Cells today - Our group couldn't complete it due to the amount of time needed to finish it. Mobs and bosses take a long time to kill and they hit hard, killing group members with one hit - we had a total of 6 wipes and we only got over half way - that took 1 hour
This is only a normal dungeon mind you - We had a vet16 tank and the rest where under level 30. I suggest giving a bigger buff to normal dungeon - give us more health and deal more damage - the dungeons are just to hard for normal level - normal level dungeons should easier so you can learn boss mechanics - There are plenty of beginners doing normal dungeons who are not skilled yet. It really feels like we are doing VET level dungeons.
Its putting lots of people off using LFG tool due to the difficulty - most people don't have their full set of skills yet - ZOS you should increase the buff even more then what it is currently
