Sadly I don't see this ever being a priority due to the amount of game-breaking bugs added with every patch. Then there'll be more content that'll add more bugs and so on and so forth...
I'd like to see it too though

Oh man getting a Log Horizon vibe! We are not one of the "People of the Land"!

The gamebreaking bugs never seem to be a priority, so maybe this is.

Anyone hear anything new on this yet? I really want to sit in some of these taverns and parks already..
And I don't want to have to emote an imaginary chair either...
That's a cool add on. I will use it. I still feel strongly that this issue needs to be corrected though
and to the trolls that just post about how this is not important. You are very wrong. This is a very important issue for alot
of people. This is a strong immersion game. And they missed a big obvious part of that by not putting it in the game from
the beginning.

You can't collect books and read them later, you can't dump piles of books on your floor in your house because...well...you don't have one. All of this stuff promotes immersion. Most of all, they don't have the Thieves Guild or Dark Brotherhood. Yes, I know they're bringing them to the game eventually, but the point is all this stuff is what makes an Elder Scrolls game great.
I would prefer they give me the Dark Brotherhood before sitting on chairs.

There's an addon for that. (Caveat emptor; I've not tried it myself.)

I don't know if you're joking here @Ultimajoe777 but I LOVE the idea of contextual environmental combat... would be awesome!

If anything I was half serious at minimum lol because honestly it really would be awesome to walk into a tavern and see the furniture flying! The half-seriousness comes from how I can honestly expect it to never happen lol
