Trouble in loading

For no apparent reason, I am stuck on the "loading" screen after choosing PLAY / NorthAmerican Server. I dont even get to the character select screen. Is there an issue going on? How can I troubleshoot this? My username is : ErwinOrLose or ErloseOrWin ...email: eelma1122@gmail.com. Please help.

solynar✭I know back near launch there were a few issues with something like this. Try switching to EU, go to character selection, hit back button, then switch to NA and try againPS4 NA
