Can't deposit certain items in my bank

I just started my 2nd toon and I went to deposit some stuff. I deposited several items with no problem, but some other items won't. They include raw jute, rawhide, and a staff I got from a quest. I can deposit other raw materials and refined materials fine. Anyone else had this problem?

Before anyone asks yes I have lots of empty spaces. It doesn't say anything when I try to deposit the problem items. It asks me how many, I picked all, and then nothing happens.

Very odd. I have never heard of that. Did you try on depositing some of the items rather than selecting all and seeing if it works?

No I did not. I will try that, but there were multiple staffs I could not deposit and there were only one of them each. I had 20 empty spaces and 3 raw Jutes.

I don't remember hearing about an issue quite like this before. Was this personal bank space? Or Guild bank space? I realize the Raw Jute sort of answers this question, but just to be sure, none of those staffs were bound were they?

I just deposited some Raw Jute yesterday, so I know that is not an issue.

On XB console, I have on occasion had an issue where my personal bank suddenly stopped letting me deposit gold, with no error message or anything. I can't recall if it happened while depositing items.

I was able to fix the issue by relogging.

If the staff in question is from a Wrothgar quest, this is likely the problem. There are new game items which cannot be deconstructed, including a staff. Some were fixed in last patch, but there are more in the game. I never tried putting my staff in the bank, but I would not be surprised if it cannot be banked. Best action would be report in game with /feedback.
