LFG tool question

Hi,
when I use the LFG tool more often than not it creates a 3 player's party, without offering any teleport.
In those cases, the bonuses of using the tool still apply?
What if the party invites a 4th player outside the tool? What happens?

✭✭✭✭✭Are you on PC? Since the Orsinium patch I haven't seen the LFG tool form a 3-person group, but I have seen it fail to offer the teleport option more often than not.
As far as inviting a 4th person goes, once last week after forming a group through the LFG tool we had one member get disconnected, and after giving him some time to see if he came back online (he didn't) we kicked him and I invited a 4th person from one of my guilds to bring us up to full strength so we could complete the dungeon. I was concerned that he might not be battle-leveled because he was manually invited after the group was already formed, but sure enough he scaled up to VR16 from VR3.
And I'd agree that the tool isn't working 100% yet, but as far as I'm concerned it's a major improvement.

I agree with you that it is a step in the right direction. But sometimes it behaves like the old tool (at least, it seems to me)0
