Guild Recruitment Board - In Game

There seems to be countless threads lately that are complaining about the Guild Trading system in ESO. Besides the Guild Trader UI, the most common problem seems to be that players cannot find an easy way to join a Trading guild.

I know that most people, that I play with, do not have an account on this message board. A lot of guild members were, honestly, recruited by spamming the area chat active list or by invite through PUGs. So I am not sure how many players actually know about the Guild Recruitment section of this message board.

I feel like a solution that may help with the joining a guild and more importantly which type of guild, is to add an additional bulletin board next to the Crafting Writs boards. Guild could post recruitment for their guild and any member could view this list and then join by selecting their choice.
This would allow members to join Trading, Social, PvP, PvE, RolePlay, etc. Any type of guild that is being advertised.

Possibly, Guild will have to pay an advertising fee in Gold so the boards are just not spammed with hundreds of pages. Maybe the bulletin post will coincide with the Guild Trading bidding time frame and reset on Monday morning.

I, personally, would find this more convenient to be able to recruit new members this way instead of having to leave the game.

Seriously though, the console version of ESO is barely an MMO and it shows when even basic things like this are tedious. At the very least you should be able to recruit using an active guild trader. There could be a description and application option when interacting with the guild trader. ZOS really demonstrated their inexperience with the choices they forced on the console community.

On a side note the forums do have a recruiting section, but that is no excuse for not having this information in-game.

Plus there needs to be a separate forum for console. Too many issues effect one platform more so than the other, and these threads are getting misleading and confusing. It is very easy to find a trade guild on PC, and very difficult to find one on console.

I'm sure this comes up from time to time, but a month ago or so I suggested simply putting a guild list on the guild creation screen. Probably the most simple solution, no messing with extra boards in each town, giving every guild big or small the same opportunity to be discovered.
You already have an opportunity to describe the guild which could be viewed. You could also have little tabs which you can use to filter you guide by type, such PvP, trader, werewolf, etc. You could then use a filter system like the one in guild store to refine your search for a guild. And a guild search to find a guild you've found through social media.
It might be as cool as special boards in each city, but it would be functional, and it would just mean a few changes and tweaks to the UI. Just a search guilds option under the create guild option which you can look at anywhere to accept new members, or apply to join or offer a guild merge.

All YOUR GUILD NEEDS CONSOLIDATED IN ONE PLACE!

Or they can make it mandatory to select your platform and display it under your avatar solves many confusions. I like it being unified helps me know what *** you guys have to experience and relay potential warnings in advance on what to watch out for to my guild members (no one but me uses these forums).

I meant in my guild LOL sorry should have been more specific.

Also one thing I have been begging for is the ability to see the basic info of guilds you are invited to BEFORE you accept.
