No friends show up when I go to friends in ESO (Xbox One)

I have 30+ friends online currently. About 7 playing ESO. It always does this. I have tried going in and out of screen. Nothing, always shows 0 friends. If I want to invite someone to group or something I have to manually type their name in each time. Any help? Including image link of what my screen looks like when I go to Friends within ESO menus. Thanks.
