Ability delay in first person perspective. (third person is fine)

on my templar while in first person camera my ability Puncturing Strikes which is morphed into Biting Jabs has a very noticeable delay when trying to use it while in first person vs being in third person. i tried to google search about this and i can't find anything about it... i can't be the only one with this problem... i can't seem to figure out what is causing it all i know is it makes playing first person in combat very frustrating. i'll sometimes press the button assigned to Biting Jabs 3 times with no response or sometimes it will take a few seconds to go off.. but while in 3rd person that never happens.

this can easily be tested in town by just activating the ability over and over (yes i wait for it to fully animate first) it sometimes does delay sometimes it doesn't so it is hard to pin down a cause but there is definitively a noticeable delay or no action at all when button is pressed and it never happens in third person so it can't be a lag or controller issue.
