So a little confused by 209 error

As the title states the patch downloaded fine, I think. The launcher gives a pop up error 209 check article or reinstall. I obviously laughed at that recommendation told the launcher to stop acting cray and clicked x on the pop up. I then hit play and am currently in eastmarch where I should be and everything seems to be working normal. So yea confused, launcher problems again @ZOS_GinaBruno ?
