It is most likely issue only with vet characters, yes.

Yeah, what until you get a Vet character. My Vet character load screens are never less than a full minute.

So is this the same type of issue then that happened with Skyrim on consoles? Where the longer you played, the more laggy/buggy the game got?

Not exactly. In Skyrim, it was due to the much larger amount of data that kept getting accumulated as your actions altered the world (as I understood it).

In ESO, it's more like flipping a switch. You are fine, until you hit Vet levels, and then your load screens go to like 5x the time. And it's not due to anything your client has to load, as the delay is 100% on the server side. Also, loading times were fine until the IC update, then they all of a sudden got much longer. Something they changed just completely broke Vet character loading.

Only ZOS knows what could be causing it. And the impression I get is that even they don't know.

Load screen lasted long enough to cancel all three members of my household subs because i don't pay for broken crap til its fixed ill keep my 45 bucks a month.
